Privacy policy

Mr. Electric of DFW is independently owned and operated by Red-K LLC. This policy covers Red-K LLC, doing business as Mr. Electric of DFW, and its customer system at mrelectriccrm.com (the "CRM"), including its website chat and text messaging, for all of its Mr. Electric of DFW locations.

What we collect

When you contact us by phone, text, email, website chat, Google, or a lead service, we keep what you give us: your name, phone number, email, service address, and what you need help with, plus the messages we exchange. We also keep records of the work we schedule and complete for you.

Google Business Profile data

With the business owner's permission, the CRM connects to Mr. Electric of DFW's own Google Business Profile listings to read listing details, performance numbers (such as views, calls, website clicks and direction requests) and public reviews. This is used only to manage our own listings and to follow up on customer feedback. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside our business, and we only use Google data in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The connection can be removed at any time from the CRM or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How we use it

To answer your request, schedule and perform service, send appointment updates, follow up on estimates and service, and improve how quickly we respond.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run our business systems (for example our scheduling, phone, texting, email and hosting providers), and only to provide our service to you. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

Red-K LLC, doing business as Mr. Electric of DFW, sends text messages to customers who opt in. You opt in by texting us first, or by giving us your mobile number when you book, request service or contact us by phone, online booking, our website, Google or a lead service, and agreeing to receive texts about your service. Messages are customer care and account notifications: replies to your requests, booking and appointment confirmations, reminders, technician on the way updates, rescheduling and follow-ups on your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts and HELP for help. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent is not shared with any third party.

Security and retention

Access to the CRM is limited to our staff by individual sign-in. We keep records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet our legal and business obligations.

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing mrelectric@mrelectricfw.com.
