Terms of service
Mr. Electric of DFW is independently owned and operated by Red-K LLC. These terms cover Red-K LLC, doing business as Mr. Electric of DFW, and use of its customer system at mrelectriccrm.com (the "CRM"), including its website chat and text messaging.
Who can use the CRM
The CRM's work screens are for authorized Mr. Electric of DFW staff only. Each person must use their own sign-in and keep it private. Customers may use the website chat and text messaging to contact us.
SMS Terms
Program: text messages from Red-K LLC, doing business as Mr. Electric of DFW. Customers opt in by texting us first, or by giving their mobile number when they book, request service or contact us and agreeing to receive texts about their service. Messages are customer care and account notifications: replies to requests, booking and appointment confirmations, reminders, technician on the way updates, rescheduling and service follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will get one message confirming you are opted out. Reply HELP for help, email mrelectric@mrelectricfw.com or call (469) 505-2998. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Chat and text messaging
Our chat and text replies may be written in part by an automated assistant and are reviewed or handed to our team as needed. Information in a chat or text is not a quote; prices and appointment times are confirmed by our office.
Connected accounts
The CRM can connect to accounts owned by Mr. Electric of DFW, such as its Google Business Profile listings, to read information about our own business. Those services' own terms also apply.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the CRM, try to access information you are not authorized to see, or use it to send unwanted messages.
No warranty
The CRM is provided as is. Electrical work itself is covered by the terms on your estimate or invoice, not by these terms.
